1,Profiles of product:
High-precision brazed welded frame is the best welding frame made in
China with the convenient operation,high precision and low-cost.The
STCV is of the same precision with the one from ITALY and GERMANY,But
STCV cost is only 20%-30% of the one from ITALY and GERMANY.
STCV may get the high welded precision of Diamond Blade and reduce extremely
the procedure of sharpening the segment.

Brief Operating Introduction
1. Frame installing
Tear down outside packing for frame carefully, check if parts are broken
due to the shipment. Install the frame in the firmly actinic groundsill
which has already floored, use anchor bolt if possible.
2. high frequency welding machine installing
Install the welding machine in the welder splint (No.1 in picture),
fasten it if needed.
3. Circle water pipeline installing
Pipe the cooling water into the place where frame and welded machine
at, outing hydraulic pressure between 0.3 to 0.6Kgf/cm2, install back
water pipe.
4. Compressed air installing
Install compassed air in the windpipe on frame, systemic pressure 6Kgf/cm2.
5. Power supply connection
Connect the welding machine, air compressor and water pump to the eligible
power supply switch, frame connect with floor, check if electrical connection
insulation is OK.
6. Adjusting before welding
Before using the frame, check the fastness of each immovable parts,
adjusting clearance between each moving parts(especially segment alignment
slipper block (No.2 in picture)),height of welded head, forward and
backward position, segment up and down handle (No.4 in picture) elasticity.
7. Welding operating
1. install the blade in the blade clamp plate (No.5 in picture).
2. Life the blade to the welding height use the blade up and down
switch (No.6 in picture).
3. Pull blade clamp handle (No.7 in picture), clamp the blade.
4. Pull segment lock handle (No.8 in picture), nip the segment on
segment clamp (No.9 in picture) .
5. Loosen lock button (No.10 in picture), adjust alignment adjuster
(No.11 in picture), and make the segment two edges symmetrical when
segments connects the body.
6. Pull blade clamp handle (No.7 in picture), loosen the blade. Adjust
blade segment localizer (No.12 in picture), adjust the welded position.
7. Pull blade clamp handle (No.7 in picture), clamp the blade. Wipe
welding liquid on the body and put the silver solder, lower the segment
up and down handle (No.4 in picture) to make the segment stick on
the blade, switch on the welding machine starting to weld(welding
time depending on the thickness of the segment).
8. Pull blade clamp handle (No.7 in picture), loosen the blade. Measuring
the symmetrical between segment two edge.
9. According to the frame provided micrometer gauge, fine adjust the
symmetrical once again after step 8 checking.
10. Repeat step 2 to 9, till welded segments and body symmetrical,
then can proceed with the production welding.
8. Daily care
Clean the dirt on each part everyday, inject 20# or 40# lubricating
oil into the parts that needed.
