1.the profiles of products:The High-precision welding frame for diamond
core bits is the new high-frequency welding auxiliary equipment ,which
is the successful development in China with the convenient operation,
high precision and low cost equipment. It is specially designed to solve
the problem of non-precision of manual thin Diamond Core Bits engineering.
And it would be the key equipment for high-frequency welding with character
of high precision , easy operation and high efficiency .
2.structure of The High-precision welding frame
1)main body frame
2) the electrical control (or manual –control) system (Gripper
bit body and control bit body accurate attainment),
3)lifting table plate (conditioning control bit body length and diameter)
4) the control for outside diamter of the bit (in welding the bottom
about 15 mm, body clamp to keep rotating action but not shaking, clamping
force by outside of bit position and adjustable constant control),
5)segments transportation clamp (segments can be precisely regulated
in the body positioned, from the lateral edge can accurately control
fixture with water cooling system to ensure the fixture life),
6) Control switch
3.the major specs:
welding range:
The diameter of core bits: from diameter 20mm to 450mm
The effective length of core bitsz:30mm~1000mm
Welding speed: 8-12s/teeth( based on the segments size)
4.necessary accessory :the accessory may be supplied with the frame,
but the extral cost will be added.

5. Operating Guide
Install the welding machine in the welder splint, fasten it if needed
,adjust the right position, switching on the power, air compressor and
the water pump
1) Loosen the rob of controlling core bits diameter, on the largest
of its location
2) Switche the electrical control to the minimum position , adjust the
3 grasp Chuck radial hand wheel adjustment for a three-jaw chuck is
located in the central bearing;
3)fix the core bits tube with the 3 grasp chuck radial hand wheel
4) Sswitche the electrol control to the suitable location
5) Adjust the 3 grasp Chuck radial hand wheel for fixed bit tube contact
welding shelves in the tube compress wheel (to contact force);
6) Transferred in diameter rod suitable location so that the tubecompress
away from the tube 30 mm or so, Locking in diameter rod locking screw;
7) Opened the round compress the matrix switch the cylinder, so that
the substrate clamping down on the collective round, Indexing hand turn
round a week (if ineffective rotation matrix, appropriate adjustments
being arrested Chuck clamping position);
8) Opened the round compress the segments switch the cylinder, so that
the substrate clamping down on the collective round, Indexing hand turn
round a week (if ineffective rotation segments, appropriate adjustments
being arrested Chuck clamping position);
9) Rotational degree hand wheel (calibration site may need to be replaced),
the transfer matrix good benchmark circumferential welding position
and began welding.
