| Technical specs and bond choice (Dia.350mmX3mmX10mm, cutting depth 50mm)
All the technical specs in the table be the best at this moment, and it may be renewed by better technical specs if our research team got new info. Import remind!!! Cause the concrete/asphalt detail is different each other in different countries, so the cutting result in the table is just for referance! We suggest you had better use the info in the talbe only 30% of the actual cutting performance(of course, the cutting speed is not necessary reduced , in other words, the cutting speed is of not so big difference between the info from the table and your actual cutting) All our test result is from our laboratory in Robtol &Roblion and use the highest quality concrete in shanghai area around 4000-5000 psi concrete strength, cutting depth all be 50mm). |
| 5.2. Diamond Drilling Core Bits (1"~14") |
| Technical specs:
And the core bits segment shall be of sandwich structure if the diameter is bigger than dia.200mm for keeping drilling speed consistant. |
| 5.3. Wall saw blade (24"~72") |
| Bond choice: |
| 6. Diamond Tool for Glass |
| 6.1 Sintered Diamond Cutting Blade for Glass Cutting (4"~9") |
| Bond choice: we produce small diamond blade (4"-9") for glass cutting, we may achieve smooth cutting edge without broken pieces and with only 5-6mm width glass stripe (glass thickness be 11mm), and also we have tested the bond XBS1 (XQA-04-003) thoroughly in a glass factory in Guangdong and the result is perfect . we have three bond system: 1,HQA-03-003(HBS1) (4",cutting speed 0.6-0.7m/min) 2,ZQA-04-003(ZBS1) (4",cutting speed 0.9-1.0m/min) 3, XQA-04-003(XBS1) (4",cutting speed:smooth cutting:1.0-1.1m/min) Fast cutting:1.25-1.35m/min) |
| 6.2 Diamond Cutting Blade for Glass Cutting (10"~14") |
| Bond choice: usually the glass cutting size is 12”(dia300) ,our bond may be used for cutting glass smoothly and it is not easy to achieve this result, cause normal bond may chipped the cutting edge. Our bond is: GLSA: XQA-04-003 (XBS1); GLME: XTW-01-001B (XTH2). * Cutting performance may be different against actual application, all information above only from the cutting in laboratory in RobtoL & RobLion. |
